With our unique 6 week program designed by women, for women, you'll be coached by some of the best female surf coaches in the business. In Surf Fit classes we aim to increase your surf fitness, improve your paddle technique and build strength and confidence in 4 key areas.

Select your start day and time in the calendar to book your twice a week classes, across 6 weeks. Classes run on these days and times in your area:

- Classes require a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 10
