Surf Clinic | Lennox Head | Advanced Intermediate

4 x 90 min surf clinics over 4 weeks

Our unique 4 week program designed by women, for women is delivered by some of the best female surf coaches in the business. The Advanced Intermediate Surf Clinic will help you improve in a number of key areas:

• Fine-tune your positioning on the peak
• Keep a low centre of gravity
• Be able to choose quality waves and make optimal use of the open face of each wave by generating speed
  
• Learn how to surf rail-to-rail to be able to traverse up and down a wave
• Manage weight transitions

To join our Advanced Intermediate Surf Clinics, you should be:

• Confident paddling out the back and being in the line-up
• Able to take off on left and right peak waves

Select your start date in the calendar to book in for the same day and time each week across the month. 

Things to note:

• Intermediate surfers must bring their own surfboard.
• If you're unsure what surf level you are, visit our Surf Levels​ page.
• Check the dates, times and surf levels when booking, as clinics are generally non transferable and non refundable.
• Surf Clinics are held at various beaches around the area, depending on the weather and surf conditions. We will SMS you the night before with the details of where to meet.
