Surf Clinic | Lennox Head | Longboard Intermediate

4 x 90 min surf clinics over 4 weeks

Don't delay, join us in our Ballina / Lennox Head Long Board Intermediate Surf  Clinic, Designed by women for women, you'll be coached by local long boarders who will guide you in skill development, commitment and build confidence in your long boarding,  improve your surfing across the month.

With our unique 4 week program designed by women, for women, you'll be coached by some of the best female surf coaches in the business. Select your start date in the calendar to book in for the same day and time each week across the month. Clinics run on these days and times each month in Lennox Head:

To join one of our Intermediate level Surf Clinics, you should be able to currently:

• Comfortably stand on the board
• Change direction on white water waves
• Paddle through broken waves, and
• Catch broken and small unbroken waves unassisted

• Positioning when catching waves
• Take offs on unbroken waves
• Negotiating the wave zone: paddling, reading the waves, other surfers, exit strategy with other surfers or larger waves, and
• Carving and trimming on face of the wave, walking the board

Things to note:

• Intermediate surfers must bring their own surfboard.

• Check the dates, times and surf levels when booking, as clinics are non transferable or refundable.
• Surf Clinics are held at various beaches around the area, depending on the weather and surf conditions. We will SMS you the night before with the details and on the day of where to meet. Surf coaching extends to flat water, land base and surf zone coaching sessions, all weather depending
