Don't delay, join us in our Lennox Head Mens Intermediate Surf Clinic to improve your surfing techniques. With our unique 4 week program designed for men, you'll be coached by some of the best female surf coaches in the business. 

NB: Due to the holiday season, our January 2025 programs will only be 2 weeks

Select your start date in the calendar to book in for the same day and time each week across the month. 


To join one of our Intermediate level Surf Clinics, you should be able to currently:
  • Comfortably stand on the board
  • Change direction on white water waves
  • Paddle through broken waves, and
  • Catch broken and small unbroken waves unassisted


In the Intermediate level clinics, we aim to help you improve your:
  • Positioning when catching waves
  • Take offs on unbroken waves
  • Negotiating the wave zone: paddling, reading the waves, other surfers, exit strategy with other surfers or larger waves, and
  • Carving and trimming on face of the wave


Things to note:

  • Intermediate surfers must bring their own surfboard.
  • If you're unsure what surf level you are, visit our Surf Levels​ page.
  • Check the dates, times and surf levels when booking, as clinics are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Surf Clinics are held at various beaches around the area, depending on the weather and surf conditions. We will SMS you the night before with the details of where to meet.
